About RajDocs

RajDocs is a free, independent, technology-based appointment facilitation platform operated by an individual in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. RajDocs is not a registered company, hospital, clinic, healthcare provider, or medical institution.

RajDocs provides a digital directory of doctors and an online appointment scheduling system to help patients connect with medical professionals in Rajasthan. The platform does not provide any medical services, treatments, diagnoses, or prescriptions.

Medical Disclaimer

All content on this platform, including doctor profiles, specialities, clinic information, and any other information, is provided for general informational and appointment scheduling purposes only.

In case of a medical emergency, do NOT use RajDocs. Call 112 (Emergency Services) or proceed immediately to the nearest hospital or emergency facility.

• RajDocs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any doctor's profile information
• RajDocs does not verify the clinical competence, quality of care, or conduct of any registered doctor
• The outcome of any medical consultation or treatment is solely between the patient and the treating doctor
• RajDocs shall not be held responsible for any medical decision made on the basis of information found on this platform

Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By using RajDocs, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the platform under parental/guardian supervision
• All information you provide (name, phone number, email, etc.) is truthful and accurate
• You will not misuse the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
• You will not impersonate any person, doctor, or entity
• You will honour appointments you book, or cancel them within a reasonable time

Repeated no-shows or misuse of the booking system may result in your account being restricted or permanently removed from the platform without notice.

Doctor Listings & Verification

Doctors listed on RajDocs have submitted their credentials (medical degree, license number, ID proof) for basic administrative review. However:

• RajDocs does not independently verify medical licenses with the Rajasthan Medical Council or any other regulatory body
• Listing on RajDocs does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or certification of any doctor
• Patients are advised to independently verify a doctor's qualifications before proceeding with any medical consultation
• Doctors are solely responsible for the accuracy of information in their profiles

If you believe a doctor's listing contains false or misleading information, please contact us immediately.

Appointment Booking

RajDocs provides a free appointment booking and scheduling system. The following terms apply to all bookings:

• Booking an appointment on RajDocs does not guarantee that the doctor will be available — the doctor retains the right to confirm or reject any appointment
• Patients must arrive on time for their confirmed appointment
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment slot
• Repeated no-shows (without cancellation) will result in "strikes" on the patient's account, which may restrict future bookings
• RajDocs does not handle any payment transactions — all consultation fees are settled directly between the patient and the doctor
• RajDocs is not responsible for any disputes arising between a patient and a doctor regarding fees, treatment, or appointment conduct

Data Privacy & Collection

RajDocs collects limited personal data necessary to operate the appointment booking system. This includes:

• Patients: Name, email address, phone number, appointment history
• Doctors: Full name, email, phone, medical degree, ID proof, license number, clinic details, profile photo

How your data is used:

• To facilitate appointment bookings between patients and doctors
• To send appointment confirmations and notifications via the platform and WhatsApp
• For administrative management of the platform

How your data is stored:

• All data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers, which comply with international data security standards
• RajDocs does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes
• Doctor credential documents (degree, ID proof) are stored securely and accessible only to platform administrators for verification purposes

Your rights: You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, RajDocs and its operator shall not be liable for:

• Any medical injury, death, harm, or adverse outcome resulting from a consultation with a doctor found through RajDocs
• Any loss of data, financial loss, or damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform
• Any inaccuracy in a doctor's profile information
• Any dispute between a patient and a doctor
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond our control
• Any unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure

RajDocs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Intellectual Property

The RajDocs name, logo, website design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of the RajDocs platform operator. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of this platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Doctors retain ownership of their own profile content (photos, biography, credentials) and grant RajDocs a limited, non-exclusive license to display this information on the platform for the purpose of facilitating appointments.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on RajDocs:

• Creating fake patient or doctor accounts
• Submitting false credentials or fraudulent documents
• Using the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any user
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization
• Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to scrape data from the platform
• Using RajDocs for any purpose that violates Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:

• The Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments
• The Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Applicable rules under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Changes to These Terms

RajDocs reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on this page, along with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage users to review these terms periodically.
